A district office notice shown in the Naver results lists a chess basics class of the Dream Start programme for primary-school pupils of that programme: seven sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 22 July 2025, 16:00-17:30, in a workshop room of the Gangbuk youth culture and information library, applied for through the programme's case managers. The district website answers scripts with a cookie challenge and was not opened; no later edition was found.
